Support to Development of the Information Communication Technology Sector in Georgia

Baltic Innovation Agency OÜ (BIA) offered advisory services under the program “Private Sector Development and TVET South Caucasus: SME Development and DCFTA in Georgia Project” as procured by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ). The services contributed to the activity “Support to Development of the Information Communication Technology Sector in Georgia”. More specifically, the following main activities were undertaken in the context of the assignment:

Needs assessment of the Georgian ICT Cluster;
Supporting ICT Cluster formation and developments;
Lead generation and integration with EU markets;
Advising public stakeholders/consultancy to the Government of Georgia and relevant agencies;
Development of the Georgian National Cluster Program;
Analysis of Georgian ICT value chain.
